THANK YOU VERY MUCH for an amazing job you have done on this site. You are a blessing to many. I used your material and I passed my ACLS renewal; I will most definitely visit again. I will spread the wonderful news to my friends and peers.
    Thanks again.

Question: In megacode scenario 3, when the patient converts to third degree heart block, why is transcutaneous pacing started before giving atropine?

We do not have a PALS or Trauma website at this time. PALS possibly in the future. TNCC/Trauma not likely.
As far as test anxiety goes… If you go through all of the megacode scenarios, videos, and study materiel, this should relieve some of the test anxiety. Otherwise, Valium might help the night before 🙂

Wish I had found this website earlier. Been reviewing for recertification all day. Great Review.
Much better than reading a book, and looking a EKG strips to figure it out. Hoping to pass recertification with better ease. Thank-you

I’m so happy I discoverd this website a week before my ACLS renewal. I did 100% on the written exam and did well on the megacode. Very, very big help. It guided me in understanding the whole picture of ACLS. I wish you could come up with the PALS algoriths and the TNCC too.

    Jeff,
What a great service to those of us who deal with this only once every two years. What an excellently organized process. You are a gifted teacher, and may very well have changed the way this material will be taught in the future. After 25 years as a certified ACLS provider, I finally understand it; and feel confident that I could safely conduct a code.
