Hi Jeff. Well thank God ACLS is behind me for another 2 years. Your site is fantastic. I passed again with flying colors. I was still stressed about doing it but taking your course prepares ANYONE much better. A lot of my coworkers in maternity use your site and love it too!!! I shared your site with them. Thanks for all you do.
My husband is also a nurse and is going to use your site to review as well when it’s his turn for renewal!!!!! Thanks again. Anne L.

    Hi Jeff,

I just finished my ACLS this morning and I should say I did well, thank God and thanks to your site… this is my second time to use your site, the first time was on 2015. Thank you and I hope you could have PALS too because I’ll be taking that also soon!

    God bless you

I have used this site the last 2 times to study for my ACLS and I am convinced it helped me prepare for and pass my ACLS class. I had struggled in the past with just studying from the book on my own. It covers everything you need to know. And I was able to call Jeff and get help right away when I was having trouble with viewing the videos. He was very patient and courteous with me. I highly recommend this site!!!

    Hi Jeff,
I love your site and have used it before with success! I have a learning curve with AV blocks and need a quick way to identify them in an emergency instead of obtaining a strip and breaking it down. I love the way you teach and know you have a way to help me identify faster on the monitor.

This site was a stupendous help to me to do well on my first ACLS certification. I have recommended it to so many people. You and your team have put together a comprehensive instructional tool to help anyone be more confident in obtaining the skills needed for their certification. I appreciate your guidance and answers to those who comment with questions and for the polite way you handle the criticism from others. I am so thankful to have found this site and will definately use it again. I am happy to have made this investment. See you again in two years. Kat

Thanks for the website, it’s great! Quick question…is there a max dose of epinephrine in regards to cardiac arrest. Guidelines state that the standard dose is 1 mg q 3-5 mins, and if needed a0.2 mg/kg in patients on beta-blockers (if needed), and that higher doses of >1 mg is not recommended due to no benefit over standard dose for survival and good neurologic recovery.

Sorry for the run-on sentence…would you happen to know anything?

    • Jeff with admin. says

There is not a standard max dose, but you must realize that epinephrine will have potent vasoactive (vasoconstriction and increased heart rate) effects at higher doses. This can cause other complications and the 1mg recommended dose is used to provide the most benefit with the fewest side effects.

You must take this into consideration before deviating from recommended doses.

      Kind regards,
      Jeff

As a SICU nurse this website helped me get ACLS certified and feel confident going into my exam. I passed with a 94%. I recommended this 2 week program to anyone who has an upcoming ACLS test. Thank you Jeff and your team.

I am so happy I made this purchase. I needed a crash review and this was a tremendous help. It definitely contributed to my recertification. Thanks! See you in 2 years!

Your course is absolutely exceptional! I had minimal rhythm knowledge besides the basics and less than 2 weeks to study for ACLS. Between your practice tests and rhythm interpretations I was able to pass my certification with a 90% and no issues. You truly break things down and simplify the big scary monster that “was” ACLS . Cannot thank you enough, I will definitely be using this site again in the future and highly recommend it to all those considering it. P.S. I printed the H&T’s PDF and can’t tell you how much that helped for ACLS and is also proving to be incredibly helpful in nursing school in general. Thank you again I can tell a lot of hard work went into preparing this site content.

This was my first ACLS class and was nervous taking it. i had to pass it for my job so there was added pressure. I signed up on this site onMonday. I had my first class on Thursday > i felt like the class review from all the information That I was given on this site. I looked at everything. i did all the testing that was offered. On test day I was fully prepared. I aced through my Mega code Scenario and got a 100% on my written test. Well worth the cost. I know I will be coming back to this site when I renew in 2 years. Thank-you for letting me be absolutely prepared for this coarse.

Are you considering CCRN review course? I will be the first one to subscribe. Great job! You made studying easier and fun… ?

    • Jeff with admin. says

Thanks for the encouragement and feedback. I am so glad that the site was helpful for you. At this time I am working on PALS and do not have any plans for a CCRN review course. Who knows what the future holds however. Happy New Year. Kind regards, Jeff
