A: The most common cause for not being able to view the videos is an out of date flash player. You can download the latest version of the adobe flash player here.
- Q: After I paid I received no user name and password. How do I get into the site?

A: This was most likely due to a failed redirect back to the website for user name and password setup. If this happened, you will receive an e-mail within 30 minutes that will give you a way to finish the user name and password setup. Just follow the instructions in the e-mail. If you need immediate assistance, we would be glad to help you. You can call technical support from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 316-243-7096. If you happen to get voice mail, please leave your name and e-mail address, and we will call back shortly.
A: This means that your user name and e-mail already exist in our database and we need to manually reactivate your account.
