Read this first: If you desire to review your data, modify your data, or erase all of your personal information, and remove yourself from any and all connection with Learn & Master ACLS, there are two steps.

Step 1. First, fill out the data privacy form. This will stop any and all email communications.

Step 2. If you would like your data completely deleted from the website, you can contact me on the contact page after you fill out the form in the link listed above, and I can get that taken care of for you. Just realize that Step 2 will delete any continuing education hours that you may have completed and there will be no record of this in the case that you needed it.

You can also review/modify your personal data and information that is contained on the website by visiting your profile page. You need to be logged into to perform this action.
