    Jeff,

I first became ACLS certified a year and a half ago, and I used your site successfully to prepare for the simulations and exam. I learned well, and passed the exam with only 1 question wrong. Now it is time to renew my ACLS and update guidelines. Where did I come to prepare? Right here. This site is the *best way* to drill ACLS scenarios and review ACLS knowledge!! Thank you for all your hard work.

Thank you Jeff for this site, please continue doing a very good job! I pass my ACLS today after 15 years with a great score in my written test and scenario!

I found this course by accident 2 weeks ago and after reviewing the comments I enrolled. I have to say this is the best on line course I have ever done. The layout, the information, the videos, test questions, scenarios were short, concise, informative and very interesting. I really enjoyed every minute of studying for this course. I completed the course last week and without opening the book I felt totally prepared for the practical and I got 98% in my exam. I would also like to say I am a midwife and this is my first time doing ACLS. I have never worked in areas like ER or ICU and I have never read ECGs. This course is just fantastic and I would well recommend enrolling if you want to pass this course with flying colours!

Thank you so much for your website. Am so grateful. I walked in to Acls class with confidence and came out BLS 100% ACLS 96%. Mega code was a breeze. Very happy indeed with my progress since I started using your site. God Bless You

Thank you Jeff for the updates, explanations and for your time in fixing my password.
I learned more from my very brief and short periods of “catch-up” in your website than my ACLS class.
The work your put and the patience answering questions is highly commendable!
    Again, thank you.

I used this site the first time I took ACLS and it was perfect! You guys should put something together for The Certified Emergency Nurses exam

Thank you. I had 8 hours to learn to read EKG. I ended up to taking that class, but took another 4 days later. With your site I was able to learn and pass the test! The videos are short and informative. Much easier to watch and process than one really long video with to much information. Will recommend to anyone needing to learn EKG or ACLS.

    Hi,

Thanks for creating this website. This site should be a required pre-requisite for taking the course. Your information is well presented and provides an awesome way to learn and review. Incredible value for the money I spent. I kept waiting for a “gotcha” and asking me for more money. It never happened. Thanks,

I passed the exam with100%!!! So happy! I found this website one week before the test. I’m still a student, so I haven’t seen these machines live. I didn’t quite understand the difference between cardioversion, synchronized, unsynchronized, transcutaneous pacing… This site took away some of the anxiety. I did all of the pre-tests and watch the videos. Thank you so much. I will be back in two years!

Passed my ACLS written exam with 100% today and rocked the megacodes thanks to your website 🙂 Money well spent. I will be back to renew in 2 years!

In the cardiac arrest algorithm it is said to start at 120J for the first shock and to work your way up. Why would we not start at 360J? It makes more sense to start at the top. Thanks!

I do know some providers (including cardiologists) who do this when using defibrillation for VF and pulseless VT, and it makes sense to me as well. However, this is not what AHA recommends at this time as best practice. Kind regards, Jeff
