Just finished with the test with the new standards. Wasn’t crazy about the written test, but passed thanks to your wed page. Third time I’ve used this program and I appreciate your help. Your step by step procedure makes it easier to move through the mega code.

Just passed my ACLS. Great website. I would recommend anyone who is doing their ACLS to use this website as a way to study.

I passed my test and I don’t know if I could have done it without your website! 94% on written test and I did very, very, very well on mock code. I cannot thank you enough for your help! I feel very confident that if I found myself in a code situation, I could do it with complete confidence no matter what role i was given. In fact, now that I am ACLS certified, I believe I have a job in the Cath lab. I will know more tomorrow.

2nd time I have used this site. I let my ACLS laps because I have been working psych. But when I decided to get it back, using your site, I got 100% on the exam and frequent comments from the instructor and student at how well I knew the material. The mega code when great. I used the interactive course guide from start to finish. I will be back when it is time to renew :-), thanks

Just like two years ago passed the ACLS with a few days of studying on your site. It really makes learning the material much easier and fun. Money well spent! Thanks.

    Hello Jeff
Thank for making this website, it is very helpful for someone learning ACLS for the first time. I passed my ACLS certification exam & mega code for the first time with 95%. I am respiratory student & I was struggling on recognizing the rhythm & mega codes. But now I learn everything thing on your website. It is very clear, simple & affordable website. And I recommended some students in my class for this website & they purchased it & they were satisfied. Thank you for making ACLS easier, looking forward in the future to update my license!
    Thanks Samra
    Best wishes

Yes PALS review please! I used your site last year for my ACLS exam and it was great! I have to take PALS soon and I was hoping you had a site for PALS. Please let us know if you do or are working on it. Thanks for a wonderful site!!

Passed with flying colors yesterday. Thanks it was so worth the money spent! This site taught me so much quickly. The acls book and cards are so unfriendly to learning. Great tool here!

I will be renewing in the next few months and have heard that ACLS will be updating. Will your site be up to date with these changes as they are made? I used your site for the first time with my last re-certification, it was awesome! Hoping to be able to use your site again soon!
    Thank you,
    Angelika

I must say that many of the 2nd degree blocks look a lot like 3rd degree blocks. If the p’s march out and there is no relationship between the p and qtrs. complex to me 3rd degree block is it. If there are p waves and qrs that seem to have a relationship in addition to drop qrs complexes then it is 2nd block. I have found this discrepancies throughout the scenarios. That has been a concern for me.

      Scenario 12 question 1 is 2nd degree block type 1. Here’s why:
      1. The P-P interval remains relatively constant.
      2. The PR interval is longest immediately before the dropped beat.
      3. The PR interval is shortest immediately after the dropped beat.
      4. The P-P interval remains relatively constant.
      5. There is one dropped QRS complex after the longest PR interval.
These are all criteria for defining 2nd degree block type 1 and they fit the tracing shown.
I’m not sure how to make this any more clear with regard to what 2nd degree block Type 1 looks like.
It can be difficult at times to distinguish different types of blocks, but the patter here seems clear.
      Kind regards,
      Jeff
