I found this course online as I was studying for my ACLS recertification. I was pulling my hair out by this point because all of the previous information I tried wasn’t helpful, and it just wasn’t sticking in my brain. This course was EXCELLENT! It really helped me get a good grip on the algorithms and, most importantly, the strips. I don’t work in a critical care environment, so I don’t encounter this stuff on a regular basis. When I first joined I didn’t quite understand why people left such positive comments but after passing my ACLS, I understand. Your site is amazing, I was so prepared for the megacode as I went throught the simulator videos and questions. Im taking ACLS recert this Thursday Feb 21, 2013, i feel so confident having taken the practice tests and doing the Megacodes on this website. The changes in 2010 , have made my usual practice tests which date back to 1995 obsolete.. so i was a little anxious, but not anymore, Im gonna Rock that Test !!!! I passed ACLS with ease for once! This was my 5th recertification and I did the 2 day cram. Thanks to this site, ACLS has Never been more clear to me and I was actually confident during megacode! I am going to recommend this site to everybody, and I will use it myself forever. I missed 2 questions about suctioning and when to use synchronized cardioversion. Both were covered in this site, so it was my own fault for cramming.
