I found this course online as I was studying for my ACLS recertification. I wanted to thank you all for your wonderful website. I used the videos to help prepare for my megacode and scenarios were just that. In fact some of the videos were actually harder than the actual megacode for myself and what I actually witnessed from my peers. I did most of the questions from the practice quizzes and they helped reinforce my actual learning of ACLS. The knowledge base of all the scenarios and information is all you need is much more understandable than the ACLS manual. It really put things into perspective.
