    My first post was regarding question #3…. but question #4 looks like A-Fib not A-Flutter???

      Question number three EKG has no p-waves. If you look carefully, you’ll see that the positive deflection from the isoelectric line not including the QRS complex are repolarization t-waves. Kind regards, Jeff

      Question number four EKG has a regular rate and it therefore cannot be atrial fibrillation.

    I agree. I see the obvious irregular rate but it appears to have P waves with a PR interval that increases i incrementally until it is dropped…. I don’t see AFib at all???
