I have to say that Jeff gives the best, most awesome customer care of any company that I have dealt with. He is soooo patient and kind, he is just as patient and kind from the 1st call to the 100th call. This is in addition to the best ACLS/PALS prep classes with the most up to date information to give you the best chance to learn the materials and ace the test. I felt the most comfortable performing in the mega codes this time than I ever have before…..and made 100 on both exams and you get CEU’s to top it off.
