2013 ACLS guidelines
2013 ACLS Guidelines vs. 2010 ACLS Guidelines
I frequently get the question: “Is your site up to date with the 2013 ACLS Guidelines” because most references on this website state that the site is up to date with the 2010 ACLS Guidelines.
Every 5 years the American Heart Association has a meeting where they hammer out new CPR and ACLS guidelines based upon the data collected from the previous 5 years.
Recently, new guidelines were released in 2000, 2005, and 2010. Therefore the 2010 ACLS guidelines are actually the 2013 ACLS guidelines and also the 2014, and 2015 ACLS Guidelines.
Review the new 2010-2015 ACLS guidelines here.
2010 ACLS Guidelines=2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 ACLS Guidelines
So now you understand that until 2015, ACLS providers will be responsible to learn and master the 2010 ACLS protocols.
nice one for updating knowledge of ACLS.
I am a CRNA. I love this site. It is by far the best learning tool I have ever come across for ACLS
